How do I check the status of my order?

Our fulfilment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email with the tracking number. 

Is Checkout Safe?

Yes we use SSL Encryption & 3D Secure Checkout. We are also a certified Trusted site.

Are there any exchange rates or fees? 

All our transactions are in your chosen currency where available. If your payment method is based in a different currency you may be charged a small international transaction fee by your bank or card issuer. The exchange rate will be decided by your bank or card issuer.  Usually in the region of 1.5%.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to process. Our fulfilment centres are located in the USA and Asia. For domestic orders it will normally take 15-30 days depending on customs, your address & shipping warehouse location. 

Why does shipping take so long?

We like to think our products are one of a kind and are significantly lower priced than our competitors. The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. If your product is available in one of our more local warehouses then shipping is a lot faster, normally 7-10 days.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If after 90 days you not not receive your order you are entitled to a full product refund.

What is buyer protection?

Buyer protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website. You are protected when.

  • The item you ordered did not arrive
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received was broken. 

Are orders tracked and will I be notified of tracking ID?

Yes you will however very occasionally some items are not tracked.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? 

Please email us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and photo of your item(s) and we will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.  

I ordered two products, but have received only one... what's happening?

Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.  

Will I be charged customs or taxes? 

You may be liable to pay for any VAT, tariff, duties, taxes, handling fees and customs clearance charges required by your country for importing consumer goods. 

We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. 

If you are an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.  

Do I need to sign for my order? 

You will not be required to sign for your package, however if your mailbox is smaller than the package it is possible that the courier will take it back to your local post office for pickup if you are not home to accept the delivery. They will not leave your package on the door step or anywhere unsafe.  

How do I order on your website?

Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button or use the "Buy or Shop Now Button" Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible! Checkout is SSL Encrypted for safe checkout. You can also use express checkout.

Does you provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

Absolutely! If you find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed! You can always get a free exchange of your product simply by shipping it back to us with image proof sent first.
